GT-MEDIA V7 PLUS - USER DB - FIX IPM GRUP 2020

IPM group (Thaikom 5 ku) Changed the Bisskey Key to Bisskey E along with changing its newest SQ frequency. But in some receivers don't read Bisskey / Don't read scrambled bisskey which has Ipm group updates its bisskey code even though we have filled in the key correctly. 

The special thing is GT-MEDIA V7 PLUS Read the scrambled bisskey E which has Ipm the group updates its bisskey code. and just put it in the group IPM channel, immediately cling! . therefore scramble bisskey IPM can now be done with receivers that are OPENKEY (TANAKA & MATRIX BURGER _ TYPE KOS) and the like.
